1- 8. 1s set, cast & dance RH across with 3s.
9-16. 1s set, cast up & dance LH across with 2s.
17-24. 1s followed by 2s lead down, cast up behind 3s, in & lead up to top & 1s cast back to 2nd place. (N.B. Collins Pocket Ref says: "1st and 2nd couples give nearer hands when leading".
25-32. 2s+1s dance R&L

1- 4. 1s & 4s cross RH while 2s+3s dance ½ RH across, 1s+3s & 2s+4s change places LH on sides.
5-16. 3s & 2s cross RH while 1s+4s dance ½ RH across, & repeat until back in original places.
17-24. 1s set to 2s & cross over to face 3s, set & cross to face 4s.
25-32. 1s set to 4s & cross over to 4th place on opposite sides, all advance & retire 2 steps 1s changing places 2H to retire to own sides.

25-32. 1s+2s dance the Rondel.

1- 8. 1s set, cast 1 place & dance round 1st corners passing corners LSh.
9-16. 1s dance reels of 3 across (1st Man with 2s & 1st Lady with 3s), 1s turn LH to face 1st corners.
17-18. Centre dancers change with 1st corners RH while 2nd corners set.
19-20. 1st corners (in centre) change places LH while new 1st & 2nd corners dance clockwise round to next corner position.
21-24. Repeat the figure in bars 17-20 from new positions.
25-32. Repeat 17-20 from new positions, 1s end by turning LH to 2nd place on opposite sides, 2s+1s+3s set on sides & 1s cross back RH.

5- 8. 1s & 3s chase ¼ round set cl'ckwise & dance in & turn right about to face 2s/4s as 2s & 4s repeat bars 1-4 & turn right about to face 1s/3s.
9-16. All dance parallel reels of 4 across set.
17-24. 2s+1s also 4s+3s circle 4H once round to left, set & dance RH across ½ way.
25-32. 2s+4s in centre, dance LH across once round, 2s & 4s dance out through sides passing opp partner RSh & chase round set cl'ckwise to next pl.

1- 4. 1s dance down middle, cross over & cast up to 2nd pl. while 2s set & cross RH to 3rd pl. while 3s cast up to 1st place & cross RH
5- 8. All set & ½ turn 2H to own side.
9-16. Repeat bars 1-8 from new positions.
17-24. 1s lead up to 1st place & set, 1s+2s advance setting.
25-32. 1s+2s dance Poussette .

1- 4 1st and 3rd couples dance half a figure of eight round 2nd and 4th couples respectively.
5-8 1st and 3rd couples cross right hand and cast off into 2nd and 4th places; 2nd and 4th couples step up on bars 7 & 8.
9-10 1st and 3rd couples advance on pas de basque pulling back right shoulders and finish back-to-back facing own sides.
11-12 All set taking hands as in double triangles.
13-14 All invert by advancing on pas de basque and pulling back right shoulders. 2nd, 4ths and 5th couples are now back-to- back.
15-16 2nd, 4th and 5th couples change places with partners by the right shoulder on pas de basque.
17-18 All set taking hands.
19-20 All invert. 1st and 3rd couples are now back-to-back.
21-22 1st and 3rd couples change places with partners by the right shoulder on pas de basque.
23-24 All set taking hands.
25-28 1st lady giving right shoulder to 2nd lady dances half a reel of three across with the 2nd couple. Likewise 3rd man gives right shoulder to 5th man. 1st man and 3rd lady giving right shoulders to 4th man/4th lady respectively, dance half a reel of four.
29-32 1st and 3rd couples turn partner left-hand to own sides and cast down one place. 4th and 5th couples step on bars 31 & 32.

17-24. 1st Lady with 2s & 1st Man with 3s dance RH across, 1s finish in centre LH joined, 1s set in centre & dance out to 2nd place on opposite sides.

13-16. Men dance LH across ½ way while Ladies dance ¼ way round clockwise & all turn partners RH into original places.
17-24. All repeat bars 9-16.
PART 2.
25-32. 1L & 3M cross RH & cast behind 4s, pass RH & join end of line while 1M & 3L dance similarly behind 2s, all set.
33-40. All advance & retire, circle (2x) 4H round to left to finish in line across 1s & 3s in centre of line.
41-48. All advance & retire, circle 8H round ½ way to finish in Sq.Set opposite to original places.
PART 3.
49-72. Repeat PART 2 with 2s & 4s as dancing couples, all finishing in original places.

9-16. 1s dance reflection reels of 3 on opposite sides beginning by dancing up between 4s.
17-24. 1s cross RH & cast up 1 place, lead up between 3s & cast up behind 2s.
25-32. 1s dance reels of 3 on own sides beginning by dancing down between 2s.
33-40. 1s cross RH & cast down 1 place to give RH to partner & LH to 1st corners, balance in line, turn partner RH to face 2nd corners.
41-48. Balance in line, 1s dance out & cast down behind 3s & lead up to top crossing to 1st place own sides.
49-60. 1L+2L & 1M+2M change places RH on sides, 2s & 1s cross over LH & repeat with 3s & 4s until reaching the bottom of the set.
61-64. All turn RH 1½ times.

1- 8. 1s+2s set & petronella in tandem twice to finish with 2s+1s on opposite sides having changed places
9-16. 2s+1s set & cross Men passing between Ladies, 1L dances RH across with 2s & 1M with 3s.
17-24. 1s+3s Set & Link & circle 4H round.
25-32. 2s+3s+1s dance Grand Chain. (2s crossing to commence).

1- 8. 1M sets to 2L & casts to 2nd place, 1L sets to 2M & casts, 1s end facing 1st corners
9-16. 1s turn 1st corner RH, pass partner RSh & turn 2nd corner LH pass partner RSh to face 1st corners.
17-24. 1s set to 1st corners, set to partner, set to 2nd corners & into centre, set to partner & turn right to face up/down.
25-32. 1s give RSh to 2nd corner & dance reels of 3 on sides with 2s+3s & cross to 2nd place on own sides.

(F15) TARTAN FLING (S3x32) (3C set) - devised by Joseph Killeen on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Iberian Peninsula Gathering held in Benidorm in 2004. Instructions from his leaflet.
1-4 All set with Highland Schottische setting step.
5-8 All petronella turn into the centre of the dance, then petronella turn into partner's place on side lines.
9-16 Repeat bars 1 to 8, finish in original places.
17-18 1st and 2nd couples turn partners with right hands.
19-22 1st and 2nd couples dance four hands across with right hands.
23-24 1st and 2nd couples turn partner with right hands; 1st couple finish in the centre of the dance, facing down, with nearer hands joined. 2nd and 3rd couples face up the dance on side lines.
25-26 1st couple dance down to 3rd place; 2nd and 3rd couples dance up one place.
27-28 All set joining nearer hands.
29-32 All turn partners with two hands. (Repeat)

(F16) SUMMER ASSEMBLY (R88) Sq.Set R Goldring RSCDS Bk 35 - 8
1-16. All turn RH, Ladies cast 1 place clockwise & all set to new partners, turn new partners RH, Ladies cast on 1 place & set to new partners.
17-32. Repeat bars 1-16 but all turn LH & Men casting anti-clockwise.
33-48. 1s+3s dance RH across then 1M & 3M followed by prtnrs dance cl'wise round outside of set back to original places. 2nd & 4th couples repeat.
49-56. All Ladies dance figures of 8 round their partners & corners (start by passing in front of partners).
57-64. All Men dance figures of 8 round their partners & corners (start by passing in front of partners).
65-80. 1s+3s change places (3s making an arch) & set, repeat back to places with 1s making the arch, 2nd & 4th repeat.
81-88. All circle 8H round & back.

(F17) POSTIES JIG (J4x32) 4C set R Clowes Ormskirk SC Bk 5 - 1
1- 8. 1s & 4s set, cast in 1 place & dance ½ figures of 8 round new end couples.
9-12. 1M+4M & 1L+4L dance across (men making an arch), turn corners with free hand to face up/down.
13-16. 1s+4s dance down/up (couple dancing up make the arch) & turn corners.
17-24. Repeat bars 9-16 from new positions.
25-32. 1s+4s dance ½ R&L & turn partner RH.

Extra: SHIFTIN' BOBBINS (R8x32) 3C (4C set) R Clowes Ormskirk Bk - 6
1- 8. 1s cross RH to double triangle position with 2s+3s & set, 1s cast up to top & dance down until they are between 2s & 3s.
9-16. 1L dances RH across with 2M+3M while 1M dances LH across with 2L+3L, 1s followed by 2s+3s dance down centre.
17-24. 3s followed by 2s+1s dance up (3s+2s cast off to places), 1L dances LH across with 2M+3M while 1M dances RH across with 2L+3L
25-32. 1s dance up to top, cast down to 2nd place opposite side & dance ½ figure of 8 around 2s to finish in 2nd place on own sides.
